Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Lead User Researcher to join our UX team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in shaping user experience by conducting evaluative research and supporting generative research efforts.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize and communicate research findings, defining and measuring success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and Conducting Research Studies: Conduct thorough research studies such as card sort, tree testing, usability, and heuristics evaluations to build deep user understanding and empathy.
  • Synthesizing and Communicating Research Findings: Synthesize and communicate research findings to support product innovation and design.
  • Defining and Measuring Success: Define and measure success through research-driven metrics.
  • Applying Expertise: Apply expertise in research methodologies, human factors, and statistics to drive product design.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in UX, design, research, business, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4-19 years of experience conducting user research within a UX team for software/web-based products.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
