Project management encompasses leading large-scale projects in collaboration with government entities and corporate clients, ensuring scope, timelines, and compliance are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects with a focus on government or infrastructure initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of government tenders—preparation, submission, negotiation, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with officials in government departments, PSUs, and large infrastructure companies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, regulations, and documentation standards throughout all project phases.
  • Act as the primary interface between the organization and key clients, providing timely updates and resolving concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in government or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of government tendering, compliance, and documentation processes.
  • Demonstrated success in managing relationships with government officials and corporate clients.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, coatings, or related industrial solutions is preferred.
