Job Title: Test Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead testing efforts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of software products.
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies and plans.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize defects.
  • Analyze and report test results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Dynatrace and Appmon.
  • One Agent Certification.
  • Knowledge of Python and Node JS.
