  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of implementing ITSM and ITOM solutions, with excellent hands-on design and development skills.
  • As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance, supporting consulting initiatives, and collaborating with architects, SMEs, and process consultants.
  • Key responsibilities include migrating data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow, configuring integrations with SCCM and SCOM, and developing enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Additionally, the candidate will be expected to set up ITOM Discovery, schedule configurations, and CMDB health dashboards, as well as define business problems and opportunities.
