Senior QA Automation Engineer Role

We're seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead end-to-end test automation, UI, APIs, and pipelines.

  • Design UI test flows using Playwright.
  • Explore AI tools to enhance QA processes.
  • Automate backend/API tests with Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent.
  • Develop smoke tests, regression suites, kill switches, sanity checks.
  • Integrate all tests into GitHub pipelines for auto-validation.
  • Debug failing builds, isolate bugs, log them efficiently.
  • Collaborate with devs, PMs, and releases to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage test data and test environment.
Requirements
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of API testing, version control, and test lifecycle.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) is a plus.
  • Exposure to testing AI/ML-based systems is beneficial.
