Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to lead our risk management strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management, payments, and responsible play strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management:
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to detect, prevent, and mitigate fraud – both financial and reputational.
    • Monitor the constantly evolving regulatory gaming landscape and incorporate learnings into risk management strategies.
    • Proactively detect and prevent fraud or other activity that violates our Terms of Service.
    • Manage and mentor the Risk & Payment team to evolve it into an outfit that can detect and address risks currently faced and proactively identify and address potential risks in the future.
    • Build effective and robust risk management and fraud detection systems and tools.
  • Payments and Withdrawals:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with account managers of various payment gateways.
    • Regularly monitor success rates of payment transactions across all gateways.
    • Identify gaps in the transaction process and work closely with technical and operational teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Oversee the reconciliation for all payment gateways.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing risk management, payments, and responsible play strategies in the Rummy or Poker industry.
  • Competence in data analysis and database tools.
  • Attention to details and having an investigative bent of mind.
  • Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
  • Good team mentoring and management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly reliable team player with an excellent work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Analytics, or Engineering.
