This role involves strategic planning, designing robust RPA frameworks, and overseeing the development and deployment of automated processes to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders/product managers to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Architect scalable and resilient RPA frameworks and solutions tailored to healthcare processes
  • Oversee the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from process assessment and design to development, testing, and deployment
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in all RPA solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed RPA bots and troubleshoot issues as they arise

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Proven experience as an RPA Architect or similar role, with hands-on expertise in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
  • In-depth knowledge of US healthcare industry processes and regulations will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of process automation, business process management, and workflow concepts
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
