Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Sidvin Energy Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing specifications, technical datasheets, and requisitions for quotation.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed design specifications and technical datasheets for oil & gas projects
  • Analyze technical bids and prepare purchase requisitions
  • Review vendor documents and drawings for packages as per project requirements
  • Participate in the preparation of equipment lists and coordinate with other disciplines, customers, vendors, and site teams for interface engineering
  • Monitor, expedite, and manage vendor activities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • At least 10-12 years of experience in detailed design for oil & gas projects
  • Experience working as a Senior Engineer/Lead Engineer for the last 3 years
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards like API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, and other statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of material specifications and testing requirements
  • Proficiency in software such as Navisworks, AutoCAD, MS Office, and PDF
