Cloud and AI Training Coordinator

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee cloud and AI training projects, leveraging their expertise in Ed-Tech training backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate comprehensive training programs centered on Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies.
  • Develop innovative training initiatives emphasizing scalability and execution of Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, and Microsoft cloud capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls with prospective trainers, assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Establish a network of external trainers specializing in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including Azure lab guides, sandbox environments, and OpenAI documentation or access codes.
  • Guarantee all training programs meet quality standards, align with Microsoft's cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) using Excel for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, handling multiple complex training projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English articulating cloud and AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work globally, adapting to time zones and international client needs.
  • Prior experience working with a technology training company or educational organization is highly desirable.
  • Aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
