Primary Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Data Architecture
    • Develop and maintain robust data architectures to support business processes, ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Reporting and Business Intelligence
    • Build sophisticated reports and dashboards in Power BI, utilizing underlying data models and CDS views to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborative Solution Development
    • Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement scalable data solutions that meet business needs.
  • Data Quality and Governance
    • Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
  • Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting
    • Participate in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data models and reporting applications.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for data management and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise and Experience
    • 6+ years of experience in data modeling with strong expertise in SAP HANA and related technologies.
  • Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with Power BI for building reports and dashboards, as well as a strong understanding of data architecture and schema design principles.
    • Proficiency in ETL processes, SQL, and system integrations, with a focus on scalability and performance.
    • Experience working with CDS views, Fiori analytical apps, and other SAP-related technologies.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
