About this role

  • We're looking for an AI Engineer to enhance our Virtual Interpreter pipeline. The successful candidate will design, build, and refine the system's pre- and post-processing components to achieve higher accuracy, usability, and production readiness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Applied Machine Learning, ideally with a focus on speech, NLP, or multilingual AI. They should have strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-performance, multilingual AI systems that work in real-world environments.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Architect and refine the next-generation Virtual Interpreter pipeline
    • Build and deploy real-time QA scoring systems
    • Integrate AI interpretation capabilities into enterprise platforms
    • Optimize model inference speed and accuracy
    • Collaborate with product and operations teams
    • Keep up-to-date with research on ASR, machine translation, speech synthesis, and multilingual NLP
Requirements
  • Experience in Applied Machine Learning with a focus on speech, NLP, or multilingual AI
  • Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Proven ability to design, train, evaluate, and optimize real-time ML systems
  • Knowledge of multilingual NLP concepts like cross-lingual embeddings, sequence modeling, and quality evaluation metrics
