Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can turn brand strategy into visually appealing emails and ads.
This role is ideal for someone with 2–8 years of experience in design—ideally for eCommerce brands. Proficiency in Figma is a must.
The successful candidate will understand layout, spacing, typography, and colour, and be able to work with minimal direction and deliver polished work quickly.
- Design mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for eCommerce brands.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into strong visual layouts.
- Create reusable components and templates for faster future execution.
- Suggest improvements in visual hierarchy, layout—not just execute.
Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs would be a plus.
Bonus: Experience creating static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or other paid platforms would also be beneficial.
Even better: You care about performance, not just aesthetics.
