Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing all aspects of testing, working closely with the Product Owner and development team to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Design and Development: Take ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of testing, including creating and optimizing test frameworks and integrating them into deployment pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner and development team to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios, ensuring that all critical cases are covered.
  • Test Execution and Maintenance: Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and automation capabilities for all test levels and types.
  • Code Review: Participate in code review process for both production and test code to ensure all critical cases are covered.
  • Monitoring: Monitor test runs, application errors and performance, making information flow and keeping the team informed.
  • Quality Focus: Promote and coach the team towards a quality-focused mindset, influencing and leading the team towards continuous improvement and best testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software Testing Theory: Knowledge of software testing theory, including experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining existing frameworks.
  • Coding Skills: Strong experience in Java/Kotlin, Swift, as well as its usage under a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Agile Environment: Ability to work in an agile environment, engaged in Scrum, and able to effectively communicate in English.
