Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and review US federal, multi-state, and local income tax returns and annual reports.
  2. Review foreign tax provisions including calculation of deferred tax assets/liabilities and effective tax rate.
  3. Support fixed asset functions specific to the income tax area.
  4. Assist with tax consolidation adjustments like tax incentives, effective tax rate, etc.
  5. Compile state apportionment data.
  6. Prepare federal, state, and local estimated payments and extensions.
  7. Prepare US federal, US international (including 5471, 8858, etc.), multi-state, and local income tax returns and annual reports.
  8. Involvement in fixed asset functions specific to the income tax area.
  9. Obtain and maintain documentation to support non-US income taxes paid by subsidiaries.
  10. Compile state apportionment data and assist with US Tax Provision process.
