Project Management Professional

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Invoicing and Tax Compliance: Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals on invoices, process payments, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Analyze cash flow projections, identify areas for optimization, and implement measures to improve cash flow and revenue contribution.
  • Risk and Opportunity Identification: Participate in identifying potential risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Commercial Awareness: Promote commercial awareness within the project team, provide commercial input to the project execution plan, and ensure alignment with other functions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Follow-up and Proactivity: Demonstrate a go-getter approach, follow up on tasks, and take proactive actions to resolve issues.
