Job Title: Senior ManagerWe are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager.
  1. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investments, finance, and leadership.
  2. A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required, with a graduate degree in finance or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:Investment Analysis and Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for defined contribution, defined benefit, and delegated solution plans.
  • Analyze investment options and overall plan performance.
  • Communicate with investment and custodian teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and lead a team of analysts across different processes.
  • Own accountability by helping teams troubleshoot issues on projects.
  • Responsible for driving process improvements.
Client Communications:
  • Manage relationships with business process owners and senior management.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios or researching investment managers located outside of India.
  • Good command of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
