Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of innovative visual solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will possess expertise in graphic design, style, and layout techniques, with experience executing marketing projects from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee all design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables on tight deadlines.
  • Design original pieces using InDesign, illustrations, and infographics or Photoshop.
  • Review junior designers' work to guarantee excellence.
  • Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software.
  • Apply typography techniques.
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
  • Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure timely completion.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
  • Expertise in branding, brand positioning, and brand strategy.
  • Experience in brochure design and prep files for print.
  • Hands-on experience with image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Adobe, Photoshop, and Balsamiq.
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
  • Attention to visual details.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
