Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Managing Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand our client base and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Oversee operations management to ensure efficiency, service quality, and compliance.
  • Provide financial stewardship, overseeing profit and loss, budgeting, and investments.

  • Collaborate with partners to ensure transparent reporting and uphold governance standards.
  • Drive innovation through automation, AI, and proprietary platforms.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, contact center, customer experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record of scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
