Digital Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to cultivate relationships with leads generated from digital channels.

  • Engage with leads via calls to address queries and understand their investment needs.
  • Qualify leads based on their investment size, financial goals, and product interests.
  • C coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Offline Relationship Managers for seamless sales conversion.
  • Enhance conversion rates by maintaining consistent engagement with prospects through WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups.
  • Update lead status, conversion progress, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting client acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and investment products through collaboration with the research team.

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Equity, PMS, AIF, and investment products.
  • Experience in customer interaction, lead qualification, and financial advisory support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and client management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with keen attention to details.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in stock broking, banking, insurance, or financial services with exposure to client engagement.
  • Any graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience.
