  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast MEP procurement requirements.
  4. Vendor Sourcing & Management:
  5. Identify and engage with reputable suppliers and vendors for MEP components.
  6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure competitive pricing.
  7. Maintain effective vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  8. Inventory & Cost Control:
  9. Monitor MEP supply levels and manage inventory replenishment to prevent stockouts.
  10. Maintain cost control measures to optimise spend and reduce waste.
  11. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  12. Ensure all procured MEP materials meet Mepa2z Llp's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure vendors comply with quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  14. Documentation & Reporting:
  15. Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders and invoices.
  16. Generate procurement reports to provide insights on vendor performance and lead times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in MEP procurement, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
