Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and timely delivery.

2. Oversee project planning, design development, and execution across a variety of sectors, including industrial, multistorey, and hospitality buildings.

3. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure all project goals are met.

4. Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and comply with regulatory standards.

5. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and concepts.

6. Ensure project documentation, drawings, and specifications are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in industrial, multistorey, and hospitality building projects.

3. Must-have software skills: Proficiency in:

(i) AutoCAD

(ii) Revit

(iii) SketchUp

(iv) Lumion/ V-Ray

(v) 3ds Max (or other 3D modeling software)

(vi) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

(vii) BIM (Building Information Modeling) software

(viii) MS Office

4. Experience in managing complex architectural projects from design through completion.

5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage project teams and timelines.

6. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices

7. Proven experience with project documentation, construction detailing, and technical aspects of architecture.
