Telecommunications Specialist

As a Tele Counselor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inbound and outbound communications, routing calls to the appropriate representative or department in accordance with established protocols.

Experience in Real Estate is highly valued. Your primary objective will be to conduct surveys to gather data about customer satisfaction, churn rate, brand image, and awareness.

You will analyze and present customer data to develop new strategies or refine existing ones, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our organization.

Fostering strong relationships between clients and customers is crucial for this role.

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Training provided for those without prior experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Com)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling all Voice and Non-Voice Processes in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) settings and call centers
2. Engaging with customers through various channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS
3. Scheduling appointments that align with clients' schedules and customers' availability
4. Informing customers about updates, promotions, policies, and maintaining sales funnels
5. Providing assistance and troubleshooting services to resolve customer issues
6. Ensuring timely delivery and payment of sales orders
