Job Description:

As a Pharmacovigilance Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing safety reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, processing, and tracking of all safety information received from clients.
  • Perform quality control checks on data entry and ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to queries from clients and reporters in a timely manner.
  • Support local pharmacovigilance activities and participate in audits/inspections as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, nursing, or science-related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in pharmacovigilance with a background in data entry and quality control.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of US and EU PV regulations, including GVP, GCP, FDA, and regulatory requirements related to drug safety.
