The Customer Experience Leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results.

- P&L Management for the Global Business Unit
- Global Customer Experience Strategy & Leadership

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or related roles, with at least 8 years in managing P&L roles.
The successful candidate must have a proven record of driving business growth, optimizing operations, and delivering results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
