Marketing Influencer Executive

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Influencer Executive to amplify our influencer marketing efforts across various platforms. As part of our team, you'll help identify new talent, coordinate collaborations, manage outreach, and track performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Research & Outreach:
    • Conduct thorough research to discover relevant influencers that align with our brand values.
    • Reach out to influencers, pitch collaboration ideas, and maintain timely follow-ups.
    • Keep our influencer databases up-to-date.
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
    • Share creative briefs and ensure our brand guidelines are followed.
  • Content & Engagement Tracking:
    • Monitor influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
    • Track engagement and compile performance reports.
    • Assist in User-Generated Content (UGC) collection and approvals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
    • Ensure timely communication and basic negotiation within set boundaries.
  • Cross-team Support:
    • Collaborate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for content amplification.
    • Support influencer gifting and event initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • A passion for content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
