Job Description:

Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for an AEM Developer at Triad Square InfoSec in Bengaluru. The AEM Developer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and offering customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring high quality and performance standards.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to AEM and provide timely support to users.
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance the technical skills of team members.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in AEM development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Java J2EE development.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Day Communique (CQ5) or the AEM platform.
  • Proficiency in AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services.
  • Strong understanding of Java, Servlets, JSP, and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, etc.) and web services (REST /SOAP).
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction and resolution of inquiries.
  • Experience in providing training and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying solutions in challenging situations.
