Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Lead the comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Fortune Minds Inc., ensuring a balanced approach to brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.
- Define and manage the marketing funnel across ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu, developing tailored tactics for each stage to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Focus on customer acquisition and retention equally, given the SaaS subscription model, to drive predictable and recurring revenue streams.
- Continuously innovate by testing new digital channels, messaging approaches, and audience segments to maximize digital reach and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment with sales and customer success teams to create a seamless, integrated customer journey from prospecting through post-sale engagement.
Content Marketing and Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and manage a robust content marketing strategy that spans blogs, infographics, social media, case studies, webinars, and other formats aimed at engaging audiences across the funnel.
- Create and oversee ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu content: develop content upgrades and lead magnets to grow the mailing list and feed the lead nurturing process, ensuring leads are segmented and nurtured according to their buyer journey stage.
SEO & Behavioral Retargeting:
- Lead SEO initiatives to optimize Fortune Minds Inc.'s digital assets for search visibility, incorporating on-page and off-page SEO tactics, link-building, and technical SEO best practices.
- Design and implement behavioral retargeting strategies to re-engage site visitors, using display ads, social media retargeting, and email campaigns to bring prospects back to the site.
Video and Social Media Marketing:
- Drive the video marketing strategy with a mix of explainer videos, product demos, customer testimonials, and educational webinars.
- Oversee social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build brand visibility, engagement, and drive targeted lead generation.
Paid Advertising and Conversion Optimization:
- Manage paid search (PPC) campaigns on Google and social platforms, focusing on high-intent keywords and targeting specific roles within construction firms.
- Optimize ad spend across channels to maximize ROI, continually refining the approach based on analytics and performance data.
- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across Fortune Minds Inc.'s digital assets, using A/B testing and data analysis to increase lead capture, demo sign-ups, and conversions.
Customer-Centric Retention Marketing:
- Design and implement customer retention strategies to keep Fortune Minds Inc.'s clients engaged and satisfied, with campaigns such as milestone emails, product updates, and personalized communications.
- Develop and promote a referral program to leverage existing customers in driving new business, incorporating incentives to reward successful referrals.
Customer Evangelism and Engagement:
- Work to turn satisfied customers into brand evangelists by providing them with engaging content, re-engagement campaigns, and community-building opportunities.
- Develop engaging, customer-centric content, such as storytelling videos, interactive campaigns, and newsletters that strengthen the relationship with existing users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in developing multi-channel digital strategies focused on both customer acquisition and retention.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing, PPC, social media, and video marketing.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush) to drive data-based decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams while working collaboratively across departments. Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
