Chief Dessert Artisan

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Pastry Chef located in the South Goa district. The Assistant Pastry Chef will support the Head Pastry Chef in the creation and presentation of a variety of pastries and baked goods.

• Preparation of baking ingredients, following traditional and modern recipes, monitoring stock levels, ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, and assisting in the decoration and presentation of finished products.
• Maintenance of hygiene and safety standards in the workspace.

• Pastry baking, cake decoration, and dessert making skills.
• Experience in following and adjusting recipes.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts is a plus.
• Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and creativity in pastry presentation.
