Seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our equity team. This role requires a deep understanding of equity processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, prospects, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the deal process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop compelling pitch books for various equity transactions, ensuring content is tailored to specific audiences.
  • Guide the structure and flow of presentations, making them clear, persuasive, and aligned with client goals.
  • Provide strategic insights into financial projections, scenario analysis, and valuation metrics.
  • Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
  • Guide the team through all stages of pitch book development from brainstorming to final execution.
Business Development:
  • Lead discussions with prospective clients, presenting our capabilities and understanding client needs.
  • Contribute to deal origination by preparing client proposals, market analyses, and engaging in idea generation.
