Quality Management Lead for 3D Products

We are seeking a detail-obsessed, quality-driven leader to take ownership of quality management.

As a Quality Management Lead, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining high visual standards, auditing editor work, and leading corrective actions. You will also work with trainers to upskill editors based on real data, create standard operating procedures, streamline workflows, and speed up editing without losing quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Visual Standards: Set and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout) for 3D products.
  • Audit and Corrective Actions: Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to improve quality.
  • Training and Development: Work with trainers to upskill editors based on real data and industry best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Create SOPs, streamline workflows, and speed up editing without losing quality.
  • Performance Metrics: Boost performance metrics, reduce rework, and help grow internal editing adoption.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in virtual staging, QA or team lead experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Blender, 3DsMax, data-driven mindset + strong visual feedback skills.
  • Education: Degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing.
