We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Operations Director to lead our end-to-end industrial projects. This role demands strong leadership, operational strategy, and project execution capabilities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality turnkey projects and continuous process improvement.


About the Role:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead planning and end-to-end execution of turnkey projects.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, cash flow, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects from start to finish.
  • Identify risks early and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Build high-performance teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and innovation.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, design, finance, and operations teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Process Oversight:
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability in all deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electrical preferred).
  • ~15–20 years of experience in operations management within automation, industrial engineering, or turnkey project environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale automation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems, electrical systems, process automation, and turnkey execution.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, lean methodologies, and project management tools.
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
