Our goal is to deliver exceptional value with innovation and strengthen our financial operations by hiring an experienced Accounting Manager who can take full ownership of accounting processes, compliance, and reporting.
- Manage day-to-day accounting – general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, billing, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely monthly closures (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Manage statutory compliance – goods and services tax, tax deducted at source, provident fund/esic filings
- Support audits with schedules and documentation
- Generate management information reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting
- 5–7 years' accounting experience with strong knowledge of goods and services tax/tax deducted at source
- Experience with zoho books (preferred) or similar systems
- Proficiency in microsoft excel
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
