Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Global Networks – Enterprise Network team, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, implementing, and optimizing LAN/WAN/WiFi networks for the Corporate Network product.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing network architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Managing network services and circuit capacity to ensure optimal performance.
  • Planning and delivering projects, including hardware and software specification, vendor coordination, and full operational turnover.
  • Change planning and run book review to minimize service downtime.
  • Governing third-party service providers to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Providing Level 3 escalation support for operational issues and outages.
  • Collaborating with key teams, including Network Architects, Test and Certification, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, etc.
  • Participating in product strategy and planning to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Expert-level knowledge of LAN/WAN/WiFi technologies, including Juniper MIST, Palo Alto SDWAN, and fabric-based LANs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based voice solutions and AI-enabled networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
