Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee our iron ore procurement operations.

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage vendor relationships, ensure timely deliveries and coordinate logistics including rake allotment, port operations, warehousing, and shipping. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing iron ore from miners, traders, and suppliers, negotiating pricing, quality, and delivery terms with vendors. Furthermore, the manager will be expected to track global and domestic market trends to support pricing and strategy. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with regulations and handling documentation including LCs, Bank Guarantees, contracts, and customs paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Graduate in any field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in iron ore trading and procurement.
  • Deep understanding of iron ore grades and logistics.
  • Knowledge of mining regulations and clearances.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
