Design Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design management, excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering design projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and updating the company's design playbook, incorporating lessons learned and best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to GFC.
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and version control.
  • Flag deviations and escalate unresolved design issues.

Growth Alignment:

The successful candidate will drive design standardization, enabling faster rollout across our expansion strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Reporting to the Head of Design, the individual will partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
