Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare working drawings and detailed interior drawings for residential and commercial developments
  • Assist architects and design teams in concept plans, detailed layouts, and execution drawings
  • Maintain and update drawing records and documentation
  • Prepare and support approval drawings for licensing/municipal authorities
  • Develop layout planning, GFC drawings, and as-built drawings
  • Ensure timely delivery of drawings to enable smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (other drafting/3D software is a plus)
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural and interior detailing
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors
