Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking a Visual Identity Specialist to establish a comprehensive visual language for Beacon Li, shaping the brand's identity across all touchpoints. This role requires a creative force who can drive design influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain the complete visual language system, design marketing materials, and own the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams.

This is not just a design role but also an opportunity to lead by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work is required, along with experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of visual design experience, a background in digital and traditional design mediums, and experience with emerging design technologies. Motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.

Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is necessary, as well as a strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems. The ability to mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence is also desired.

In this role, you will be responsible for raising the bar on design's influence, creating and orchestrating visual content, collaborating and challenging stakeholders, and mentoring by doing.
