Job Description

DMI, LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead our High Value Asset (HVA) Program. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our HVA assets.

About the Opportunity

As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides digital services to governments and private sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the HVA program, ensuring that our assets meet the required security standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the HVA program, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity experts to perform assessments and authorization schedules for HVA teams.
  • Act as the point of contact for HVA system information security officers, system owners, and assessors from the Department of Homeland Security.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with the HVA system information security officer, system owner, and related assessors.
  • Verify and validate HVA-related data points for data calls issued by the Department of Commerce.
  • Conduct quarterly FISMA data calls and other HVA-related data calls.
  • Plan, schedule, and participate in assessments of non-tier 1 HVA NOAA systems.
  • Conduct HVA penetration testing on NOAA non-tier 1 HVA systems as required by the Cyber Security Division.
  • Support program and project management activities, including POAMs, quality surveillance, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Lead HVA Program Working Groups with customers and develop presentations as needed.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Bachelors Degree and 2 additional years of professional experience.
  • 15 or more years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
  • Ability to complete the CISA Assessment Evaluation and Standardization - High Value Asset Assessment (AES-HVA) qualification process requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles and organizational requirements.
  • Knowledge of new and emerging information technology and cybersecurity technologies.
