Job Title: Senior Software Development Lead

The role of a Senior Staff Engineer is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence within our organization. As a leader in SoC development, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from inception to delivery. Your expertise in architecture, micro-architecture, and digital design processes will be instrumental in shaping the future of wireless connectivity solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of Wireless SoCs from definition through production
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop SoC requirements and provide necessary design collateral
  • Develop and maintain the SoC architecture or technical specification to meet product requirements, maximizing IP reuse
  • Develop the design schedule, including milestones and resource requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 12+ years of experience in Industry
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead complex IP, SOC development projects execution
  • Project Planning: Top-down planning and execution of SOC projects
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in architecture, micro-architecture, digital design processes
  • High-Speed Interfaces: Knowledge of high-speed interfaces like USB, PCIe, Ethernet, Mobile DDR, Quad/Octa-SPI
  • Processors: Knowledge of processors like RISC-V and ARM processors
  • Design Signoff Flows: Knowledge of design signoff flows including Lint, CDC, Formal Verification, Synthesis, Constraints and STA Timing Closure
