Job Description

As a seasoned professional in instructional design and project management, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing content development projects. This involves collaborating closely with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences within established timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Instructional Design & Content Development: Implement established ID models, create engaging storyboards/scripts and assessments, and review stage-wise artifacts from the content development lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination & Management: Assist in project execution, maintain project plans, and provide timely reports on risks related to cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Tool Proficiency & Collaboration: Demonstrate proficient working knowledge of software tools such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and at least two other e-learning authoring tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with demonstrated expertise in content development, e-learning tools, and project coordination.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, strong English language proficiency, including excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Project Acumen: Basic understanding of project scoping and execution, ability to use MS Excel for tracking project timelines, maintaining simple project budgets, and reporting.
