Backend Developer Lead
Required Experience: A minimum of 8 years in software development is necessary.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-end Developer to lead our team in implementing OBP and OBMA products.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle product implementation, requirement analysis, software design, and programming.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform comprehensive requirement analysis and create detailed software requirement specifications.
- To collaborate with the infrastructure team to implement software systems according to requirements.
- To write high-quality software programs and maintain source code that meet system requirements, designs, and specifications.
- To propose modifications and improvements to existing systems and processes.
- To design new software components or enhance existing system components.
- To evaluate systems and processes against requirement specifications.
- To be responsible for writing and reviewing project documentation.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in software development.
