- Cost Optimization: With market trends and supplier dynamics at their fingertips, the Strategic Procurement Manager will identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
- Inventory Management: Regular inventory reviews will enable the manager to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages and overstocking.
- Process Improvement: By continuously evaluating processes, the Strategic Procurement Manager will implement efficiency-enhancing changes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Vendor Management: Strong relationships with suppliers will be fostered, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in strategic planning, cost management, and team leadership. A B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and MBA would be ideal qualifications. With 6-7 years of experience in similar roles, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to drive results-oriented teams.
