  • As a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in banking and finance. Your primary objective is to drive business growth, maximize profits, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor branch performance and ensure over-achievement of sales targets by identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategic solutions.
  • Increase the gross loan size by focusing on cross-selling and third-party products, thereby expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Maximize profits and fee-based income for the branch through effective management of operating costs and implementation of quality standards.
  • Ensure an outstanding audit rating and quality scores by maintaining high levels of compliance and adhering to industry best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and implement quality standards to enhance the overall customer experience and drive loyalty.
  • Cross-sell liability products and asset products like housing loans, car loans, and personal loans to customers, thereby increasing revenue streams.
  • Optimize operating costs and provide functional training to staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Motivate and develop subordinate staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • A Postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as finance or business administration.
  • Result-driven, organized, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration and leadership abilities with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience in banking and finance, preferably in middle management, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
