Job DescriptionWorkplace Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Workplace Designer to join our team, with a passion for transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing functional environments.

Your ability to combine artistic flair with technical expertise will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops design concepts and produces layouts based on client needs.
  • Meets with clients to program project requirements.
  • Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
  • Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
  • Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture / interior design or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working on workplace design projects.
  • 3-5+ year experience with Revit desired, BIM360.
  • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, including Grasshopper, a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required.
What We Offer

A dynamic work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Competitive salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience.
