Job Opportunity:

  • Experience in valuing contingent consideration and mergers & acquisitions transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building, analyzing, and reviewing financial models.
  • Comprehensive experience with financial databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated technical skills working with financial models in Excel.
  • Ability to travel if required.
