Deputy Plant Manager - Maintenance Operations

  • Manage a team of 100 personnel, identifying training needs and conducting performance assessments.
  • Develop and implement advanced maintenance practices, including predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Experience in capital expenditure project execution and knowledge of AI & ML applications is highly desirable.

Nature of Experience:

  • Maintenance and repair of dairy processing equipment, including pasteurizers, separators, and bactofuges.
  • Utilities equipment maintenance, such as boiler and steam networks, ammonia and freon-based refrigeration systems, and compressed air and nitrogen generation systems.
  • Implementation of root cause analysis, corrective action, and preventive maintenance practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management in a large dairy, food, or pharmaceutical plant environment.
  • Professional certifications in energy management, boiler engineering, TPM facilitator, and Six Sigma would be highly advantageous.
