We are looking for a dedicated and caring Montessori Teacher to join our team of professionals at Trust Field School.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in any stream and at least 1 year of experience working with young children in a Montessori or preschool setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning in a Montessori classroom environment, creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere, using Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning, and communicating effectively with parents regarding student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Use Montessori materials and teaching methods to promote independent learning and hands-on activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities that align with school goals and objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
  • Good communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
  • Possession of basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
