About the Role:
At Softility, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) projects. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities to ensure they meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Identify project dependencies and risks.
  • Create detailed project documentation, such as Gantt charts and project status reports.
  • Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or deviations from the project plan.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders.

Required Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of ITSM best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
  • Experience in implementing and managing ITSM solutions.
  • Ability to align ITSM processes with business objectives.

Proficiency in Atlassian Tools:

  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Configure and customize Atlassian tools to support ITSM processes.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
