Creative Visionary Role

You will set the visual tone for brands, overseeing campaign communication to completion. You will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative content that increases awareness and solidifies consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brand associates to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges. Lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums to develop creative content that engages target audiences.
  • Create concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • Develop brand identity designs, digital communication designs, website designs, packaging designs, and campaign communication designs.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Evaluate compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, & Premiere Pro).
  • Strong style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.
