Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content formats suitable for service-based brands, excellent creative instincts, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various social media platforms, focusing on service-based audiences.
  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video and static content tailored to each platform's unique features.
  • Create and manage end-to-end content calendars for each channel, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
  • Build and scale a network of creators and influencers to amplify brand awareness and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messages for key moments, such as product launches and customer feature announcements.
  • Optimize content for reach, retention, engagement, saves, shares, and conversions.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to refine content formats, frequency, and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and platform features to innovate and adapt content strategies.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to align organic content with paid advertising efforts.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role.
  • In-depth understanding of content formats suitable for service-based brands.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing and tone-appropriate brand stories.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scaling existing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, industry trends, and platform-specific behaviors.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or user-generated content producers.
  • Excellent creative instincts and analytical thinking.
